「NGC全天星空図鑑」（以下「本アプリ」）は、深宇宙天体の音声ガイドアプリです。本アプリの開発者は、利用者の個人情報を収集・保存・第三者提供しません。本アプリにはアカウント登録やログイン機能はありません。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者を識別できる個人情報を一切収集しません。広告、解析（アナリティクス）、トラッキングを目的とした第三者SDKは組み込まれていません。

2. マイクと音声認識

音声で天体名を検索する機能を利用する際、マイクで取得した音声は Apple の音声認識サービスにより文字起こしされます。本アプリは端末内（オンデバイス）認識を強制していないため、発話音声は文字起こしのため Apple のサーバーへ送信される場合があります。これは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます（https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/）。本アプリは音声の録音や文字起こし結果を検索処理後に保存せず、開発者へ送信することもありません。

3. 位置情報

許可をいただいた場合、端末の位置情報は、端末が向いている空の赤経・赤緯を計算するためにのみ、端末内で利用されます。位置情報が保存されたり、開発者または第三者へ送信されることはありません。

4. ローカルネットワーク

ローカルネットワークへのアクセスは、Nexus DSC などの望遠鏡コントローラーと利用者のローカルネットワーク内で通信するためにのみ使用されます。この機能を通じてローカルネットワーク外へデータが送信されることはありません。

5. ナレーション音声のダウンロード

本アプリは、天体解説のナレーション音声ファイルを開発者のサーバー（https://ichirophoto.org/ngcredvox/）から HTTPS 通信で取得します。ホスティングサーバーは運用およびセキュリティの目的で標準的なアクセスログ（IPアドレス・日時・要求ファイル名）を記録する場合がありますが、これらは個人の特定や追跡には使用されず、本アプリにはアカウントが存在しないため特定の利用者と紐付けられることはありません。なお、ネットワークに接続できない場合でも、本アプリは端末内蔵の音声合成により読み上げを行えます。

6. 端末内に保存される情報

観測履歴・選択リスト・各種設定は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらはアプリ内の操作でいつでも消去でき、本アプリを削除するとすべて削除されます。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは一般向けであり、お子様から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて改定後の内容を掲示します。

NGC全天星空図鑑 Privacy Policy

"NGC全天星空図鑑" (the "App") is a deep-sky voice-guide application for astronomical observation. The developer of the App does not collect, store, or share users' personal information. The App has no account registration or login.

1. Information the developer collects

The developer does not collect any personally identifiable information through the App. No third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or tracking are included.

2. Microphone and Speech Recognition

When you use voice search for object names, audio captured by the microphone is transcribed using Apple's Speech Recognition. Because the App does not force on-device recognition, the spoken audio may be sent to Apple's servers for transcription, processed in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). The App does not retain recordings or transcripts after the search, and does not send any audio to the developer.

3. Location

With your permission, the device location is used solely on-device to compute the right ascension and declination of the sky direction the device is pointing at. Location is never stored or transmitted to the developer or any third party.

4. Local Network

Local network access is used only to communicate with telescope controllers such as the Nexus DSC within your local network. No data is sent outside your local network through this feature.

5. Narration audio download

The App fetches narration audio files from the developer's server (https://ichirophoto.org/ngcredvox/) over HTTPS. The hosting server may record standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file name) for operational and security purposes; these logs are not used to identify or track individuals and cannot be linked to a specific user because the App has no accounts. When the network is unavailable, the App can still read text aloud using the device's built-in speech synthesis.

6. Information stored on the device

Observation history, selection lists, and settings are stored only on your device. They can be cleared at any time within the App, and are all removed when the App is deleted.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised as needed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
